Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.

• Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation.

• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.

• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies.

• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives (if applicable).

• Track project performance using KPIs, dashboards, and status reports.

• Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.

• 3–7 years of experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, or similar role.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).

• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, Monday.com).

• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or other project management certifications.

• Experience in IT/Software development environments.

• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.

• Familiarity with risk management frameworks.

• Technical background or ability to understand engineering discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Application Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to best practices.
